Qualified butcher with experience in boning out, breaking down forequarters/hinds for primal ready to use in the shop. Breaking down sides of pork and lambs for shop use as well.
Also a well presented shop butcher with craft skills to present an attractive counter, cut and display the best cuts for packaging in our multi decks. We make our own sausage and burgers here at Chidswell so experience in this area of butchery would be advantageous,
This role also would involve dealing with customer enquirers & serving them along with the team here at Chidswell
This job role will require you to work Tues-Friday also every other weekend ,
Pay will be discussed at the interview and will based on experience
