Lettings Property Manager
Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lettings department
- Manage a portfolio of properties in Norwich and the surrounding areas
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate rental agreements with prospective tenants
- Coordinate with landlords to ensure their properties are well-maintained and conduct regular inspections
- Oversee and conduct referencing for potential tenants
- Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Stay updated on relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to the lettings industry
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or lettings is essential
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail is required
We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for property management to join our experienced team based in Taverham, Norwich. You must be passionate about properties, motivated to work by yourself as well as part of a team and have a positive attitude.
It is also essential you have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
