The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for the effective management of all delivery and customer service activities, ensuring accurate reporting, timely communication, and full resolution of any discrepancies or service issues. This includes daily delivery monitoring, POD and KPI reporting, and investigating any non-conformances to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
The role requires close collaboration with internal departments, customers, and retailers to maintain service performance, drive continuous improvement, and support the achievement of operational targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and track all daily deliveries, ensuring accurate reporting and communication across departments.
- Produce and maintain daily and weekly reports, including KPI packs and performance summaries.
- Effective Management of product returns to mitigate any loss
- Log and investigate discrepancies
- Handle all customer queries promptly and professionally, providing clear updates and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prevent reoccurring issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Constructive incident reporting to internal departments for preventative measures and service improvement.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, reporting, and investigation work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven problem-solving ability with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across departments.
- Comfortable using multiple systems/databases to track deliveries, incidents, and customer information.
