The Role
As a Dance Coach / Multi-Sports Coach, you will deliver engaging, energetic and inclusive sessions to children aged 2–11 years in schools, nurseries, after-school clubs and holiday camps.
You will create a fun and safe environment where every child feels encouraged, supported and motivated to take part.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver fun, engaging dance and multi-sports sessions.
- Adapt sessions to suit different ages and abilities.
- Inspire children to develop confidence, teamwork and a love of being active.
- Ensure all sessions are delivered safely and in line with safeguarding procedures.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and school staff.
- Set up and pack away equipment before and after sessions.
- Represent Super Star Sport professionally at all times.
- Complete registers and any required session paperwork.
- Support promotional events and school taster sessions where required.
Essential Requirements
- Passion for working with children.
- Experience delivering dance, sport or physical activity sessions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
- Right to work in the UK.

Pay: £13.30-£15.50 per hour
