Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager with a minimum managerial experience of 5 years to lead our vibrant dining establishment. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restaurant and bar staff to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of food preparation, serving, and hospitality.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food production, cooking, and ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
- Manage all aspects of restaurant and bar operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- Train, motivate, and develop team members to foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety procedures, and licensing requirements across all departments.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
- Collaborate with culinary staff to develop menus that highlight quality ingredients and innovative dishes while managing costs effectively.
Experience
- Minimum managerial experience of 5 years
- Proven supervising experience in restaurant or hospitality settings with a strong background in team management.
- Extensive restaurant experience with a focus on food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing diverse teams within busy hotel or restaurant environments.
- Familiarity with barista experience or bar operations is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of culinary practices related to food production and kitchen management.
- Experience in hospitality roles that emphasize service excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Prior experience in hotel or similar hospitality settings is advantageous.
