Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bar Manager/Kitchen Manager to lead our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Supervise daily bar and kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent service delivery
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and motivate team members to achieve operational goals
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all areas
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability
- Train new staff on service procedures, food handling, safety protocols, and customer engagement techniques
- Foster a positive team environment by providing leadership, coaching, and performance feedback
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with team management responsibilities
- Experience with food preparation, cooking, and food production
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen management
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Hands-on experience in culinary roles such as chef or cook is highly desirable
