Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and proactive SIA Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. This vital role involves monitoring access points, maintaining a secure environment, and providing excellent customer service. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for upholding safety protocols, managing crowd control, and responding swiftly to any incidents. Your energetic presence will help create a welcoming yet secure atmosphere for everyone on site.
Responsibilities
- Manage entry and exit points by verifying identities and authorizations of visitors, staff, and contractors
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including providing first aid when necessary
- Enforce site policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all occupants
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and security checks through shift reports
- Conduct routine patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or hazards
Skills
- Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations, including emergency responses
- First aid certification to provide immediate assistance in medical emergencies
- Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency responders
- Vigilant observation skills with an eye for detail during patrols and inspections
