About the Role

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Operational Leadership & Execution: Partner directly with the CEO and Board of Directors to translate company strategy into actionable operational plans, measurable KPIs, and efficient workflows.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Oversee day-to-day business operations across core departments (Operations, HR, Customer Success, Supply Chain, and Administration) to drive seamless collaboration.
- Scalability & Process Optimization: Evaluate internal infrastructure, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and implement scalable systems to support business expansion.
- Performance & Resource Management: Establish operational benchmarks, monitor performance metrics, manage operational budgets, and maximize resource utilization.
- Culture & Team Development: Foster an inclusive, high-accountability workplace culture while mentoring department heads and operational managers.
- Risk & Compliance Governance: Oversee operational risk management, vendor relationships, commercial contracts, and adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
What You Bring (Requirements)
- Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role (e.g., Chief Operating Officer, Operations Director, VP of Operations, or Head of Operations).
- Demonstrated track record of scaling operations, improving margins, and optimizing workflows within a growing business.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic decision-making capability.
- Exceptional people leadership skills with a history of coaching, mentoring, and developing multidisciplinary teams.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication abilities—able to align board-level goals with front-line execution.
- Self-motivated and comfortable operating with high autonomy in a modern hybrid work setting.
