We’re a proudly British pub serving up comfort classics, Sunday roasts, and the kind of proper grub that keeps the locals coming back. Now we’re on the lookout for a talented Chef to join our kitchen team and help us deliver hearty plates and happy bellies.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Cooking classic British favourites — think fish & chips, pies, burgers, and Sunday roasts that actually get eaten.
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running like a well-oiled grill.
- Working closely with the team to develop daily specials and seasonal menus.
- Keeping calm when the tickets are flying and the gravy’s flowing.
You Are:
- Experienced in a pub or casual dining kitchen (bonus points if you’ve nailed a Yorkshire pudding).
- Passionate about good, honest food made well.
- Able to lead a shift and keep the team motivated.
- Punctual, professional, and not afraid of a bit of graft.
