Paint Shop Operative
Location: Guildford – Manufacturing Plant
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm
We are a well-established and growing manufacturer of high-quality traditional sash and casement windows, proudly combining craftsmanship with over 20 years of industry experience. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Paint Shop Operative to join our manufacturing team in Guildford.

The Role
As a Paint Shop Operative, you will play a key role in preparing our bespoke timber windows and doors to the highest standards before finishing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sanding, filling, and preparing timber windows and doors for spraying.
- Working efficiently alongside the preparation, glazing, and finishing teams.
- Maintaining exceptional quality standards with a keen eye for detail.
- Ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed production deadlines.
- Keeping your work area clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety requirements.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:

- Quality-focused with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Experienced in paint shop operations, timber preparation, or a similar manufacturing role (preferred but not essential for the right candidate).
- Committed to maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
