Contract: Bank to include the below hours: -
Saturday or Sunday - 08.30 - 16.30
Monday to Friday 07.30 - 16.00 - to cover rota shortfalls

About The Role
Your role will be dedicated to working with a young child with Down’s Syndrome. During term time, you will accompany the child during school, parents will drop off and pick up the child. Outside of term time, you will be working with the child at their property during the same times. The child also has a tracheostomy and ventilator. Working to build a professional, working relationship and supporting them with their activities of daily living, in social and leisure activities at home or in the community.
This post will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
The company will provide training prior to your first shift, all of which will include being paid an hourly training rate.
About You
Required
· Experience of working in a care role (preferred)
· Friendly, approachable and confident
· Flexible in approach to meet the needs of the client
· Full driving licence
· Non smoker
Desirable
· Experience working with complex care needs
· Registered on the DBS update service
