Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth communication within the company. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional property maintenance services.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry using Microsoft Office
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Organise schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Typing speed and accuracy.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred.
