Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Oversee bar operations, ensuring efficient service during busy periods while maintaining a lively atmosphere.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible serving practices at all times.
- Manage stock levels, order supplies as needed, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Supervise junior team members, providing guidance and training to uphold service quality and safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with health regulations and company standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, particularly as a senior or lead bartender.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol serving practices.
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while multitasking efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, bills, and inventory calculations.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate others and uphold team standards.
