Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to complete multiple deliveries across designated routes.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring accurate handling of all items, including heavy lifting when required.
- Follow planned delivery schedules precisely, maintaining punctuality and efficiency throughout your shift.
- Communicate clearly with customers upon delivery, providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and compliance with road regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and reports as required by company procedures.
- Assist in warehouse activities when necessary, including stock movement and inventory checks.
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar driving role.
- Valid <PERSON> driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience with commercial driving vehicles preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and handle packages of various sizes safely.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding logistics processes.
- Knowledge of local routes, traffic laws, and safety regulations essential for efficient deliveries.

Pay: £42,430.00-£48,000.00 per year
