We're a snacks and drinks e-commerce site on a mission to make it easier for the UK to snack better & we're currently on the lookout for a Warehouse Operative to support our thriving operation.
Here's what we're looking for:
Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Hours: 40 hours per week
Mon to Fri - 8.30am to 5pm
Job Summary
As a Warehouse Operative at Snackfully, you'll be providing excellent service by delivering the correct goods on time, every time, and in perfect condition. You’ll be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with your main duties including picking & packing orders, order dispatch, and other warehouse duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
Working as part of a close-knit warehouse team, you'll play a key part in getting the right products to the right customers on time. Day to day, you'll:
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately for dispatch
- Receive and check incoming deliveries (goods-in), reporting any discrepancies
- Put away stock and keep the warehouse tidy, organised and safe
- Process dispatches and prepare parcels for courier collection (DPD)
- Use our warehouse management system to record stock movements and update orders
- Carry out regular stock counts and help maintain accurate inventory
Support the team with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements:
Essential
- A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to getting orders right
- Ability to work at pace, especially during busy periods
- Comfortable being on your feet and lifting/moving stock throughout the day
- A reliable team player who takes pride in their work
Desirable
- A valid forklift driver's licence (Reach and/or Counter Balance)
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, packing or dispatch role
- Familiarity with a warehouse management system
