As part of the Independent Builders Merchants Group (IBMG), we combine local knowledge with the strength and resources of a leading national builders' merchant network.
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused HGV Driver to join our team at the Buildit Cam Branch.
This is a varied position offering more than just driving responsibilities. You'll play a key role in delivering products to customers while supporting the branch team when not out on deliveries.

Deliver goods safely, efficiently, and professionally to customer sites.

Provide excellent customer service on every delivery.

Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time.

Carry out pre- and post-use vehicle checks.

Maintain delivery documentation and vehicle records.

Assist with loading and unloading vehicles when required.

Support yard operations, customer service, and general branch duties during quieter driving periods.

Follow all road traffic legislation and company procedures.

Previous delivery driving or similar experience.

Strong driving skills with a commitment to safety.

Good organisational and time-management skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

HIAB licence (preferred but not essential full training can be provided).
Week 1

Monday to Friday: 7:00am 4:30pm
Week 2

Monday to Friday: 7:00am 4:30pm

Saturday: 8:00am 12:00pm
