Overview
Kiswah Tours Limited is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Administrator to support the company’s Hajj and Umrah travel services. Kiswah Tours provides Umrah travel solutions, package design, flights, visas, hotels, transportation, and related pilgrimage support services for UK Muslim customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, meeting clients face to face, supporting the sales process, maintaining accurate records, and visiting Muslim centres and community locations to promote Kiswah Tours’ Hajj and Umrah packages.
This role is suitable for someone who has strong communication skills, good administrative ability, confidence in face-to-face sales, and an understanding of the Muslim community and pilgrimage travel market.
Key Duties
- Meet customers and explain Hajj, Umrah and Holiday packages.
- Handle enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
- Follow up with customers and support sales conversions.
- Visit potential customers at Muslim centres, and community organisations to promote services.
- Prepare quotations, booking details, and customer records.
- Collect customer documents for travel and visa processing.
- Maintain records of leads, bookings, payments, and follow-ups.
- Provide professional customer service before and after booking.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, administration, travel, or customer service.
- Confident in face-to-face customer meetings.
- Good communication and organisation skills.
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in digital tools and software applications.
- Must have proven sales records
- Willing to travel different cities for business promotion.
- Knowledge of Hajj, Umrah travel needs is preferred.

- Number of customer enquiries handled.
- Number of successful bookings generated.

- Quality of customer follow-up and record keeping.
- Customer satisfaction and feedback.
- Conversion rate from enquiry to booking.

Desirable
- Travel agency or Umrah/Hajj sales experience.
- Skilled in airline and travel reservation systems (Sabre/Galileo).
- Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, Bengali, or Arabic language skills.
- Links with mosques or Muslim community centres.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,200.00-£35,000.00 per year
