Kitchen Manager
Iannelli’s – A Taste of Italy
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager to lead our busy café and restaurant kitchen.
Serving breakfasts, lunches, pizzas, pastas and daily specials, we are seeking someone with strong all-round kitchen management experience, excellent organisational skills and a passion for maintaining high standards.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, managing a kitchen efficiently and delivering a consistent customer experience. Whilst experience with Italian cuisine is advantageous, we place greater importance on your ability to run a successful kitchen than specialist pizza or pasta-making skills, as full training can be provided.
We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the kitchen operation and play a key role in its continued development and growth.

- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
- Create staff rotas and manage labour requirements
- Support menu development and seasonal specials
- Work closely with front-of-house management to deliver an excellent customer experience
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience managing or supervising a commercial kitchen
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Good understanding of food safety and HACCP procedures
- Ability to work calmly and effectively in a busy environment
- Commercial awareness and experience managing stock and food costs
- A hands-on approach with a positive attitude
- Reliability, flexibility and pride in maintaining high standards
What We Offer
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Staff meals and employee discounts
- Significant input into menu development and kitchen operations
- The opportunity to shape and grow the kitchen as the business develops
- Supportive family business environment
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
If you are a well-organised kitchen professional who takes pride in running an efficient, high-quality operation and leading a successful team, we’d love to hear from you.
