We are looking for a bubbly, confident, organised and target-driven salesperson to join our busy plantation shutters showroom.
We sell high-quality shutters directly to the public, and this is a varied sales role involving both telesales from warm leads and serving customers face-to-face in our showroom.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Speaking to warm leads and converting enquiries into sales and appointments.
- Welcoming customers into the showroom and helping them choose the right shutter solution for their home.
- Building rapport with customers both in person and over the phone.
- Planning and booking survey appointments for our surveyors across the Manchester/Cheshire and surrounding areas.
- Managing your own customer pipeline and following up leads.
- Working towards and achieving sales targets.
- Working in an organised and efficient manner while managing multiple tasks.
- Using computer systems to manage customer information, appointments, and sales enquiries.
- Ensuring appointments are booked accurately and efficiently across the Northwest.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Bubbly, friendly and confident when speaking to customers.
- Target-driven and motivated by achieving sales.
- Comfortable selling both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Computer literate and confident using multiple systems.
- Able to work effectively in a busy showroom environment.
- Familiar with the Northwest area, with a good understanding of local towns and surrounding areas.
- Must be able to drive, as you will be arranging appointments for surveyors across the Northwest and need a good understanding of the local area.
- A strong communicator who enjoys dealing with the public.
- Motivated by achieving results and earning commission.
Previous sales experience is preferred, particularly within a retail, showroom, telesales, or home-improvement environment, but the right personality and attitude are just as important.
What We Offer
Basic salary starting from £28,000 with OTE of up to £40,000.
