Meet Our Client
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join a dedicated 2:1 care team supporting a lady in her 50s with complex clinical needs as she transitions from a specialist neurological rehabilitation setting back to her family home in Warrington.
In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care, including personal care, moving and handling, and complex clinical interventions, while promoting her comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.
Both day and night shifts involve supporting her clinical and personal care needs. Day shifts focus on companionship, social interaction, and meaningful activities, while night shifts focus on maintaining her comfort, safety, and wellbeing, ensuring her needs are met throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
You will provide high-quality, person-centred care tailored to the client's individual needs, including:
- Supporting with personal care and daily living activities
- Administering medication safely and accurately
- Assisting with moving and handling requirements
- Delivering complex clinical interventions following training and competency sign-off
- Providing companionship, emotional support, and reassurance
- Promoting independence, dignity, comfort, and overall wellbeing
- Supporting the client's needs throughout both day and night shifts
What We’re Looking For

A minimum of 3 months' experience in a care setting
- Confidence in medication administration, personal care, and moving and handling
- A willingness to learn and develop complex clinical care skills through specialist training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to travel for shadowing shifts and training where required
- A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to delivering person-centred care
- A commitment to providing safe, high-quality support and enhancing quality of life
