We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Trainee Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive for success and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to sales.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships by visiting new and existing customers in there properties to drive sales growth.
- Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
- Present products and services in a compelling manner to encourage purchases.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using IT systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all sales opportunities are maximized.
Qualifications
- No previous experience
- No formal academic qualification required
- Full training is provided
- Full clean driving license essential
- Good time keeping and reliability a must
- Good communication skills required
