Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of hairdressing services, including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide specialised services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction.
- Offer expert advice on hair care products and styling techniques to optimise client results.
- Manage appointments efficiently at the front desk, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to maximise sales opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace adhering to health and safety standards.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalised service.
Skills
- Proven experience in hairdressing with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Proficiency in barbering techniques is desirable.
- Experience in store management or overseeing salon operations is advantageous.
- Skilled in eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty treatments.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and retail sales efficiently.
- Ability to mentor team members and foster a positive working environment.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain styling options and product recommendations.
