We currently have part-time, weekend vacancies available, with immediate start. Shifts are flexible and include mornings, evenings, and overnights and alternate weekends.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Blossom Home Care Assistant, your duties may include:
- Personal care and hygiene support and helping with mobility as required
- Helping with meals, light housework & daily routines.
- Supporting service users with eating and drinking.
- Providing physical and emotional support with hobbies and social activities
- Companionship and social visits
- Providing activity-based care tailored to each person.
- Running errands such as food shopping or picking up prescriptions
- Building strong relationships with the client, their family and healthcare professionals
- Observing and reporting any changes in the health or status of the patient
- Prompting and administering medication as required
REQUIREMENTS:
Essential
· Right to Work in the UK
· Full, valid and clean UK Driver’s Licence
· Subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
· Own car for work
· Reside within the work locality
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Desirable(Still ok even if you don’t have)
- Experience as a Health Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, or similar.
