We are seeking a dedicated bank domestic assistant to join our team to cover holidays and sickness. As a domestic assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the Care Home. If you have experience in a care home, commercial cleaning, customer service, or have worked in a hotel, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms and replenish supplies
- Laundry, ironing, organising wardrobes and drawers
- Empty bins and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of communal areas and high-traffic areas
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills
