Job Title: Electrician - Maintenance/Installer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various projects. Responsibilities:
- Carrying out electrical maintenance and installation works in occupied and void social housing properties
- Fault finding, testing, and remedial works
- Consumer unit replacements, rewires, lighting upgrades, and general electrical repairs
- Ensuring all work is completed to current regulations and health & safety standards
- Delivering excellent customer service to tenants and clients
- Collaborating with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintaining detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections conducted
Requirements:
- 18th edition
- Level 3 NVQ
- AM2
- Proven experience as an Electrician within commercial or industrial settings
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, as well as power tools including drills and saws
- Demonstrable electrical experience with a solid understanding of wiring systems, circuit breakers, transformers, and control systems
- Experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to diagnose issues efficiently
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work
