BAM UK&I are seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst on a 6 month FTC to support the Payroll & MyTime Programme by leading the analysis, definition, design, testing and transition of reporting requirements into Business as Usual (BAU) operations.
Working across programme and business stakeholders, the role will ensure operational, statutory, management and exception reporting requirements are identified early, documented clearly and delivered through scalable reporting solutions aligned to future-state processes.
The role will act as the bridge between business teams, system integrators, technical teams and operational support functions to ensure reporting capability is fully established ahead of go-live and supported post implementation.
