Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and update individualised care plans.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff and new team members, demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, post-discharge care, and treatment procedures.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient interactions, treatments, and observations.
- Ensure infection control standards are upheld at all times within the clinical setting.
- Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care.
Requirements
- Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Proven experience in a clinical nursing environment, with strong leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in developing and implementing personalised care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating leadership qualities.
