Job Summary

Duties
- Provide high-quality barbering services tailored to client preferences
- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and ensuring their comfort throughout their appointment
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and advise on suitable styles and treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon or barbershop environment
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, confirming bookings and accommodating walk-in clients when possible
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding aftercare advice and product recommendations
- Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations
- Keep up-to-date with current trends, techniques, and products in barbering
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, hair styling, or barbering roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clients
- Certification or training in hairdressing or barbering is advantageous but not mandatory for entry-level applicants
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple appointments effectively
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences
Pay: £24,420.00-£51,244.03 per year
