About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing parking management company. This is a key role within the business, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being organised, and wants to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing general office administration and day-to-day paperwork
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Supporting parking operations with data entry, records, and reporting
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assisting with invoicing, payments, and basic finance administration
- Supporting compliance, permits, and enforcement administration
- Ordering office supplies and managing office systems
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to management as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role (preferred)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive, can-do attitude
