We're looking for a reliable and practical Property Maintenance / Handyman to support our growing portfolio of residential properties across the West Midlands.
This is a flexible, ad-hoc role that would suit someone who enjoys variety in their work and is looking for regular opportunities without being tied to a full-time position.
Typical duties include:
- General property repairs and maintenance
- Basic carpentry, plumbing, and decorating tasks
- Replacing fixtures and fittings
- Minor repairs following tenant move-outs
- Property inspections and snagging works
- Preparing properties for new tenants
- Responding to maintenance issues across multiple sites
Essential requirements:
- Own van and basic tools
- Good all-round maintenance and DIY skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Full UK driving licence
