Title: Fulfilment Assistant
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start date: ASAP
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, including bank holidays. Monday to Sunday 13:00 – 22:00 with 30 minutes unpaid break, varied days available
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Location: This role is 100% based at our new HQ in Aylesford, Kent

This Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join us on our fast-growth journey!
We’re looking for an energetic, motivated person to join our order picking & packing team.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Picking and Packing customers’ online orders to be dispatched, using company processes and software
· Pre-packing stock and dealing with returns
· Ensuring all orders are packed efficiently and accurately
· Replenishing stock
· Sorting stock on pallets
· Keeping your workplace tidy and restocked
· Loading and loading trucks
· Involvement in monthly stock takes
You’ll excel in this role if you have the following skills and experience, but we will expect all staff to have experience in:
· Warehouse and/or dispatch experience 2 years
· Good IT skills
· Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
· Experience in a fast-paced environment
· Organised and logical person with good time-management
· Numeracy and accuracy
· Ability to take directions from Dispatch Team Leaders and senior staff
· Following Health & Safety policies and company procedures
