Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily compliance operations and regulatory workflows
- Coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies, suppliers, and internal departments
- Monitor compliance activities, operational performance, and service quality
- Maintain compliance records, documentation, and internal reporting
- Support internal audits, policy reviews, and process improvements
- Provide guidance to operational teams on compliance procedures
- Prepare compliance reports, performance updates, and operational summaries
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in compliance, governance, risk management, audit support, legal administration, or business operations
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working within regulated or professional service environments is an advantage

Pay: £46,000.00-£71,000.00 per year
