Front of House Supervisor
Up to £15.00 per hour including tronc
The Beckford Arms, a celebrated country pub and inn set on the beautiful Fonthill Estate in Wiltshire, is looking for an experienced and personable Front of House Supervisor to join our team. Known for our warm hospitality, relaxed yet elegant dining, and a focus on seasonal, locally sourced food and drink, we take pride in creating welcoming spaces where guests can unwind and feel at home.
You’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar. You’ll support and motivate the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service and a smooth guest experience from the moment they walk through the door. You'll lead by example during busy shifts with a hands-on approach, calm leadership style, and genuine passion for hospitality.
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in a similar role within a busy, high-quality pub, restaurant, or hotel. You’ll be confident under pressure, have excellent communication and organisational skills, and a natural ability to inspire those around you. Above all, you’ll share our belief that true hospitality is about warmth, attention to detail, and consistency.
