You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the training and competence records relating to Sentinel and IRSE for Siemens Mobility. Schedule track training based on Sentinel & IRSE requirements, ad-hoc requests for projects and regions, waiting lists or from expiring records.

Working alongside business partners at Intertrain to manage expiring track safety competences and schedule training where necessary

Maintain up to date records on our training system (OneLMS ) for all upcoming events and attendance records for previous events related to Sentinel
-
Maintaining competence records
-
Administrating IRSE documentation
-
Handling sentinel management the day to day management including, managing sponsorship, desponsorship, integreity checks, upload sentinel breaches, manage queries
-
Scheduling medicals based on requests from on-boarding, ad-hoc business requests for new sponsors and expiries, managing risk assessments, RISQ requirements for D&A (Random and period)

Updating the BMS procedures

Preparing and maintaining all data / records for audits

Handling senior stakeholder engagement

Producing monthly business update pack
