Job Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Bar Support to join our team at an exciting venue that hosts a live cabaret show every night. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
You’ll support the smooth running of bar service, help create a great atmosphere for our guests, and have the opportunity to grow and progress over time.
Full training is provided — we’re looking for attitude and energy just as much as experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain appropriate stock levels across all bar areas
- Replenish ice, glassware, garnishes, and essential bar supplies throughout service
- Prepare and restock fruits, syrups, and other bar ingredients to agreed standards
- Support bartenders by retrieving stock and equipment efficiently during busy periods
- Assist with bar setup before service, ensuring each station is fully prepared
- Polish and maintain glassware to uphold presentation and hygiene standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock to management promptly
- Ensure all storage areas are organised, clean, and compliant with health & safety regulations
- Contribute to smooth operational flow during nightly cabaret performances and events
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality or bar experience is helpful but not essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a busy, team-focused environment
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
