Are you enthusiastic, friendly, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? We’re looking for energetic Front of House team members to join us part-time in our lively pub and restaurant!
About Us:We’re open 7 days a week with food service during lunchtimes from 12:00pm to 2.30pm, and evenings from 5.30pm to 9pm Monday to Saturday, plus Sundays from 12pm to 8pm. Our bar serves drinks all day from 10am until 10pm, including soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, coffee, and delicious pastries.
Who We’re Looking For:We need reliable, enthusiastic staff for daytime and evening shifts – ideally a combination of both. We offer flexible start and finish times, with core hours around 11am-3pm and 5pm-10pm depending on your shifts. We also have straight shifts available from 10am-6pm and 3pm until close. Weekly rotas are prepared in advance so you can easily plan your time.Your Role Will Include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a great understanding of our menus.
- Taking customer orders and processing payments at the table with care and efficiency.
- Providing a warm welcome, showing guests to their tables, explaining menus and specials, and checking for dietary needs.
- Assisting with running food and drinks to tables during quieter periods and supporting food runners when needed.
- Maintaining excellent hygiene standards through regular cleaning of service areas.
Requirements:
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- Pay is dependent on age and experience.
- Previous experience in hospitality and food safety is highly valued.
