What You'll Be Doing
As a Factory Operative, you'll play an important role in our production process, helping to ensure our products are manufactured to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Precision cutting of materials
- Operating and working with a variety of machinery
- Matching the correct tools to specific job requirements
- Checking product quality and ensuring high standards are maintained
- Recording production information accurately
- Handling materials safely and carefully
- Packing products ready for distribution
- Maintaining stock levels and keeping work areas organised
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across different departments
- Following health and safety procedures at all times

Experience
- Previous factory or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Experience using machinery or hand tools would be advantageous but is not required.
Desirable Qualifications
- GCSE Maths
- Understanding of production processes, quality control, or waste reduction
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift materials up to 25kg when required
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 6:00am – 2:30pm

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
