About the Practice
This is a welcoming mixed NHS and private practice with a loyal and appreciative patient base. As a small team, everyone works closely together and contributes to creating a positive experience for both patients and colleagues.
The practice encourages collaboration and open communication, with regular team meetings where everyone's ideas are valued.
The Role
Working alongside a supportive team, you'll assist with the delivery of high-quality patient care and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- One Saturday morning per month
- Friday off in lieu when a Saturday is worked
Typical Responsibilities
- Chairside support during dental treatments
- Preparing and maintaining surgeries and equipment
- Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey
- Maintaining high standards of cross-infection control
- Updating and maintaining patient records
- Assisting with reception and front-of-house duties when required
- Supporting the wider team to ensure a positive patient experience
