Job Purpose
To support the development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s Quality, Health, Safety and Climate Change / Environmental (QHSE) systems, ensuring compliance with UK legislation and ISO standards, while promoting a positive safety culture.
Responsibilities
- Maintain QMS including document control and audit support
- Assist compliance to and improvement of EcoVadis accreditation
- Assist compliance to and improvement of CBA Responsible Care program
- Assist internal audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001)
- Monitor Climate change / environmental performance and compliance
- Maintain QHSE records, reports and KPI trackers
- Create ISO documents and procedures for final approval
- Support training, inductions, and compliance activities
- Support health & safety procedures and risk assessments include PA Testing
Essential Experience
- Administration, coordination, organisation, operational support
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and ability to manage records
Minimum Qualifications
- GCSE English & Maths
- Further education to A Levels / degree level desirable
Desirable Attributes
- Knowledge of ISO management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in logistics, warehousing
KPIs
- Internal Audits completed to plan
- External audits and accreditations maintained with zero non-conformances
- Personal training and development successfully completed to schedule
- Documents and procedures issued to plan

- Quality Management Systems training
- Internal Auditor training (ISO 9001/14001/45001)

- NEBOSH HSE (Health & Safety) suite of courses
