Alfa Staff – Sewing Machinist
Alfa Staff are currently recruiting for a sewing machinist for a client in the Caerphilly area. The sewing machinist must have experience of using overlock or flatbed sewing machines
Hourly Rate: £12.71 to £19.07
Hours: 6am to 2pm (2 hours paid at £13.98 and 6 paid at £12.71 per Hour)
and 2pm to 10pm – (2.75 hours paid at £12.71 and 5.25 hours paid at £13.98 per hour)
1 week of days followed by a week of afternoons.
Overtime after 40 hours paid at £19.07
You will need to have some experience of using an OVERLOCK AND OR FLATBED sewing machine.
Personal attributes: -
- Must pay attention to details and be accurate with stitching.
- Must not be phased by repetitive procedures.
- Good literacy and Numeracy skills
- Knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace (Manual Handling awareness)
- Be able to work in a team environment and can work alone.
- Must be motivated and a good timekeeper.
