We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking Team Leader to join the team in John Lewis, Stratford (Westfield), to lead and support the front of house team on a daily basis.

Hourly rate: £15.50 per hour
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standards.

Ensure food safety, health and safety and compliance is followed at all times.

To take control and ownership of a specific area of the front of house, with the flexibility to rotate around as needed.

Assist with all front of house duties, and lead from the front.

Carry out team briefings and be able to answer any team queries.

Assist with the development of the team.
