Requirements

Duties
- Prepare and pour a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in line with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and restaurant area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to licensing laws
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing any queries or concerns promptly
- Support the team during busy periods, ensuring smooth operation of the bar/restaurant service
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or a restaurant environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service
- Strong serving skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and giving correct change
- Effective time management to prioritise tasks during busy shifts
- Good organisational skills to maintain a tidy work environment
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers
- A personable attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
- Driver's license as pub is in remote area with no public transport
