About the Role
We are a growing and busy legal practice specialising in immigration and related legal services. We areseeking a dedicated, reliable, and hardworking Immigration Casework and Branch Support Officer toassist the Director in the day-to-day operation of our Wallington branch.

Key Responsibilities
Immigration Casework Support
Assist with the preparation and submission of immigration applications.
Gather and organise supporting documents from clients.
Prepare application forms, correspondence, and supporting paperwork.
Maintain accurate client files and case records.
Liaise with clients regarding documentation and case progress.
Assist with monitoring deadlines and case updates.
Client Care
Act as a first point of contact for clients.
Handle client enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Book appointments and manage client communications.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client confidentiality.
Branch Support
Support the Director with the day-to-day management of the branch.
Ensure smooth office administration and workflow.
Assist with compliance, record keeping, and operational tasks.
Help maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
Administrative Duties
Manage electronic and paper-based filing systems.
Prepare reports and correspondence as required.
Support general office administration and business development activities.
Essential Requirements

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Willingness to work extended hours when required.
Availability to work Saturdays on a regular basis.
A strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to the role.
Preferred Requirements
Tamil language skills (spoken and written) are strongly preferred due to the nature of our clientbase.
Previous experience in immigration casework, legal administration, customer service, or officeadministration.
Knowledge of UK immigration procedures would be advantageous but is not essential.
Experience working in a legal, professional, or customer-facing environment.
