Ethicare Ltd is a private homecare provider delivering high-quality, person-centred support to vulnerable adults, young people, and children throughout Leeds in the comfort of their own homes.
We are currently seeking trustworthy, proactive, compassionate, and reliable Community Care Workers to join our growing team.

- Pudsey – LS28
- Bramley – LS13
- Armley – LS12
- Horsforth – LS18
- Cookridge & Adel – LS16
- Morley – LS27
Pay & Benefits
- £13.01 per hour
- Paid mileage for drivers (business insurance required)

Working Hours:
Morning Shift: 7:00am to 2:00pm
Evening Shift: 4:00pm to 10:00pm
Applicants must be available to work alternate weekends as part of the role.
As a Community Care Worker, you will:
- Provide person-centred care and support
- Assist with personal care where required
- Support individuals with medication
- Promote independence, wellbeing, and choices
- Complete accurate record-keeping and communicate effectively with the office team
- Maintain the safety, dignity, and respect of service users.
- Accompany clients to appointments and community activities.
- Assist with laundry, shopping, meal preparation, and light household duties.
