We are looking for a highly organised and compassionate Bank Community Nursing Administrator to oversee the day-to-day delivery of nursing admin across Hounslow Borough and Specialist Services.
You will play a critical role in supporting clinicians, service users, and their families/carers, ensuring seamless service delivery.
In this role, you will:
Manage and coordinate administrative tasks for community nursing teams
Liaise directly with clinicians to ensure efficient scheduling, communication, and documentation
Act as a key point of contact for service users and their families, providing support and answering queries
Provide cross-cover to nursing teams across the borough when required to meet service needs
