Responsibilities:
* Greet and seat guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
* Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections.
* Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
* Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
* Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
* Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
* Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
* Uphold the restaurant's high standards of service and hospitality.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting is required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
* Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines is a plus.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
