Rosary's Property Nest is an independent, growing estate agency serving Wrexham and the surrounding areas. We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Estate Agent / Property Valuer to join our team and play a key role in growing the business.

The Role
As our Estate Agent / Property Valuer, you will be responsible for generating new business, carrying out property valuations, winning instructions and supporting vendors throughout the sales process.
You will have the freedom to build relationships with clients and develop your own pipeline, while working closely with the business owner and wider team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting residential property valuations
- Winning new instructions and generating new business
- Advising vendors on pricing and marketing strategies
- Building strong relationships with homeowners
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales
- Conducting property viewings where required
- Following up valuations, leads and prospective vendors
- Maintaining an accurate pipeline of prospective and current properties
- Providing excellent customer service from instruction through to completion
- Helping to grow the Rosary's Property Nest brand and reputation locally
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is confident, motivated and commercially minded.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience within residential estate agency
- Experience conducting property valuations
- A proven ability to win instructions
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- A professional and confident manner
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- A full UK driving licence
- A genuine ambition to earn and progress
We are particularly interested in candidates with a proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business.
