Ashley & Newey are a leading wholesaler in the coach tourism industry, providing holidays to coach operators across the UK. We are looking for Product & Contracts Administrator to join our busy and professional team based in Darlington.
As Product & Contracts Administrator, you will work closely with our product & sales team to ensure our product offering is available at the appropriate level and periods in line with demand. The role will primarily support the Product & Contracts team in operating effectively as well as acting as an ambassador for our company as a point of contact with key suppliers and clients.
Please note: this is a maternity cover position for an initial period of up to 12 months. The role may be extended to ‘permanent’ based on the needs of the business and candidate performance at the end of the initial period.
Responsibilities:
· Manage database of supplier information to ensure accurate reports
· Administrate website and regularly upload new product
· Provide product updates to sales team as necessary
· Assist in contracting suppliers, ensuring budgets maintained
· Assist in producing holiday itineraries according to client needs
· Produce detailed and accurate costings for holiday packages
· Liaise with suppliers to ensure required product availability levels maintained
· Assist in organisation and participation of trade show operation and other trade events
· Produce and present periodic reports to the Senior Management Team
· Carry out quality audits as required on accommodation and attraction providers
· Any other duties as required by the business
Location: Darlington
Working hours: Monday - Friday / 9am – 5pm (37.5 paid hours per week)
Holidays: 20 days annual leave + bank holidays, rising to 25 days at 2 years’ service, and up to 30 days annual leave + bank holidays with long-service
