Pour Me Brewing is a growing UK brewery building strong relationships with independent pubs, bars and restaurants across the trade. We're looking for a telesales professional to join us one day with the opportunity to grow to two days a week and help drive our sales forward.
The role
This is a part-time, work-from-home telesales role selling our beers to pubs, bars and restaurants. You'll start with one day a week, with a clear path to a second day if you hit the ground running. Your day is Monday, but hours can flex within it to fit around when your customers are actually available — calls are tracked through our online system, so you have the freedom to structure your day around getting through to people, not around a fixed desk schedule. However start time must 10.00, no earlier. Although this is a work from home position, you will need to be able to commute to the brewery for sales meetings.
What you'll be doing
- Managing and growing sales with our existing pub, bar and restaurant customers
- Reigniting relationships with lapsed accounts who haven't ordered in a while
- Proactively finding and winning new customers
- Making calls through our online system, which records all conversations for training and quality purposes
- Logging call outcomes, orders and account notes in our CRM (Brewman)- Setting up in-person sales appointments for our founder
Pay & bonus
- Base pay: £12.71 per hour- Weekly base sales target: 15 x 9-gallon casks
- Uncapped bonus: £2.50 for every 9-gallon cask sold above the 15-cask base target — no ceiling on what you can earn
What we're looking for
- Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- A confident, friendly people-person who builds relationships quickly over the phone
- Self-motivated — someone who thrives on a challenge and wants to be rewarded for results
- Existing contacts or experience within the licensed trade (pubs/bars/hospitality) are a strong plus, though not essential
- Comfortable working independently from home, with your own reliable phone/internet setup
- Ideal for a sales professional looking for work that fits around family life
