Complex Support Worker ( Driver Preferred) – Plymouth
We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Support Workers to support individuals in the Plymouth area.
For this role, it is preferable that you are a driver, but you do not need to have your own car, as service users have access to their own vehicles. Non drivers are also welcome to apply.

Your Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support based on each individual’s needs, routines, and preferences.
Your duties may include:
- Supporting with daily living tasks and personal routines
- Encouraging independence and community engagement
- Providing emotional and practical support
- Supporting individuals with both complex and non-complex needs
- Assisting with activities and appointments
- Monitoring wellbeing and responding to support needs
- Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
